RESOLUTION FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATION FOR 2010 BUDGET

A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES IN EXCESS FOR AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE EL RANCHO FLORIDA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, LA PLATA COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the District will spend additional money not anticipated at the time of the adoption of the 2010 Budget in the amount of $ 50,084.16. The additional amount of funds will bring the road upgrades to an improved standard by adding additional material to the district‘s roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE EL RANCHO FLORIDA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, LA PLATA COUNTY,
COLORADO;
Section 1. The 2010 appropriation for the General Fund is hereby
increased from $ 180,860.07 to $ 231,744.23 for the purpose of laying down
additional material needed to complete the road upgrades to an acceptable
standard.
